In this course, you’ll be making whole food plant-based healthy and authentic Asian Cuisine.

Every lesson is hands-on and shows you how to create delicious, mouth-watering Asian dishes right in your home. The instructor, Linda Clucas will walk you through the entire cooking process and is available to answer any questions you have along the way.

Knowing how to feed ourselves in a way that supports our health, weight, energy and wellbeing is one of the most valuable and essential skills to have today.  Cooking your food not only helps you save money but also helps you stay away from processed and harmful ingredients.  High-street cafes, shopping centre food courts, takeaways and even restaurants heavily rely on fat, sugar or chemicals to add flavour and disguise poor-quality food.

The instructor, Linda, was born and grew up in Malaysia and she is passionate about cooking and eating healthy plant-based food.   The Malaysian population is divided into three major ethnic groups: Malays, Chinese and Indians, therefore all dishes created in this course are primarily a mélange of traditions from these three major ethnicities as well as neighboring countries of Southeast Asia. You are going to learn how to make remarkably tasty Hokkien noodles, flavorful Malay satay, Chinese restaurant-style broccoli with braised mushrooms and many more.

Are there any course requirements or prerequisites?

Students do not need to have any prior experience in cooking.  

Students can make use of their existing cooking equipment and utensil to learn and practice how to cook Asian food.  A lesson about kitchen equipment is included at the beginning of the course.
