I am Linda Clucas. Born in Johor, Malaysia, life’s journey has led me through the vibrant landscapes of Hong Kong, Dubai, Istanbul (Turkey), Perth (Australia), and Doha (Qatar). Currently, I am settled in Carcavelos, Lisbon, Portugal.
My recipes celebrate the fusion of everyday ingredients with the vibrant tapestry of Asian flavours. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, each meal holds the potential to be a cherished moment—a pause for connection and nourishment. At Healthy Asian Cuisine, we share simple recipes that require 10 ingredients or less, 1 pot, or 30 minutes or less to prepare.
Anchoring my culinary journey in knowledge, I hold a “Plant-based Nutrition Certificate” from the esteemed “Centre for Nutrition Studies” at Cornell University, led by T. Colin Campbell.
